A: Send the gold teeth and mold back to us. Please see the return/exchange policy for further instructions.

Q: Why doesn’t my gold teeth fit properly and what can I do to fix this problem?

A: If the gold teeth does not fit properly, it means that the mold was not made properly. Let us know, and we will send you another molding kit. Please see the return/exchange policy and send the item back to us within 3 days upon receiving the merchandise.

Q: How much percent of gold is in 10k gold?

A: 10k gold: 41.6%     14k gold: 58.5%     18k gold: 75%

Q: What karat does the specialist recommend?

A: The specialist recommends the 14k gold.

Q: What is the shine service?

A: We can shine any gold teeth to make it look brand new for only $150.

Q: What is the remake service?

A: We will melt down old gold teeth to make a new one. If it is made by 14kgoldteeth.com (stamp on back), then we will discount the price per tooth ($10 credit per tooth for 10k, 14k,18k).

If it is made by a different company, we cannot ensure that the company used an exact amount of gold, so there will only be a $5 credit per tooth (10k,14k,18k).

Returns and Refunds

14kgoldteeth.com Return/Exchange and Refund Policy If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your recent 14kgoldteeth.com order, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition within 3 days upon receiving the merchandise. Return and exchange items must not be altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment and subjected to the restocking fee unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for minus the restocking fee, shipping fee, and the molding kit fee upon processing the returned item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement, and you will receive an email confirmation upon the completion of the processed return. All cancellation is subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Making a Return by Mail

Customers making a return must pay for the return postage themselves. * There will be an automatic 55% restocking fee deducted from your return.* Molding kit fee will be deducted from the refund. Wholesale refund is only offered with store credit.Please use the original shipping box and packaging materials, if possible. The package should be taken to your postal carrier and mailed to the following address: PO Box 3280 McDonough, GA 30253When paying for the return postage yourself, we recommend that you insure the package via your carrier of choice and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse will be credited back to your account.
